Dr. Frey traveled to Israel to work with underprivileged children at the Jerusalem Dental Center for Children. After spending a year helping people in need, he returned to California and set-up his private practice in 1990. Now a member of the West Los Angeles Dental Society, both the California and American Dental Associations, and the prestigious Alpha Omega Dental Fraternity, and member of American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
