Cosmetic treatments, from one tooth to a full plan.
You may arrive asking about one treatment. Sometimes the right answer is a smaller one, and we will say so.
- Porcelain veneers: porcelain shells shaped and shaded by hand with our on site master ceramist. We preserve as much natural enamel as the result allows.
- Lumineers: roughly a third of a millimeter thick and placed with little to no preparation, so in most cases they are reversible. They are not right for everyone.
- Dental bonding: resin layered directly on the tooth for a small chip, a gap or an uneven edge. Most corrections are finished in one appointment.
- Teeth whitening: a single office visit with a light activated professional gel, or a gentler pace at home with custom trays.
- Invisalign: clear aligners guided by certified Invisalign providers, mapped from an iTero scan and planned around your facial proportions.
- Smile makeover: care in two stages. Foundations such as gum health and a worn bite come first. Then we shape the smile itself.
- Full mouth rehabilitation: one sequenced plan for teeth affected by wear, trauma or years of patchwork dentistry.

How a smile is designed here.
Design starts with records. We take photographs and an iTero 3D scan, which gives a detailed, real time 3D image of your teeth and bite with no messy impressions.
You can begin before you visit. With our virtual smile preview, you upload a photo and Dr. Frey uses digital imaging software to show how cosmetic work could change your smile.
Then comes the trial smile. You live with the proposed shape and shade and tell us what you would change. Because our master ceramist works on site, those changes to color and translucency are refined in person rather than mailed back and forth to a distant lab. Nothing is set until it feels right to you.
Why your bite is part of the design.
Porcelain and bonding sit exactly where your teeth meet. So we assess the bite along with the look.
Dr. Frey has focused on the jaw joint for more than 35 years, and he reads the bite as a whole system. A smile makeover here begins with function: how your teeth meet and how your jaw rests. T Scan bite analysis, a thin digital sensor, measures the timing and pressure of your bite in real time, so the plan is measured rather than guessed.
If the bite needs attention, that work comes before anything cosmetic is placed. Not every smile needs it. When yours does, we would rather tell you at the start.
Comfort, and sedation if you want it.
Some cosmetic visits are long, and some patients are uneasy in any dental chair. Dr. Frey offers both oral and IV sedation, and IV sedation is overseen by an on site anesthesiologist. Sedation eases the anxiety. Local anesthetic handles comfort.

Care is led by Dr. Frey, our founder and chief dentist. Dr. Stefan Filip and Dr. Yaelle Gabay are both certified Invisalign providers. A board certified periodontist looks after gum and implant care, and a board certified dental anesthesiologist is part of the team. Our master ceramist has spent more than 30 years on custom veneers and finishing.

How many visits do veneers take?
It varies with how many teeth are involved, and with any bite or gum care that needs to come first. In general, veneers are planned over a few visits rather than one: records and design, a trial smile, then the final porcelain. We confirm the sequence after an exam, not before.
Can I see the result before I commit?
Yes, in two ways. The virtual smile preview works from a photo you upload, and a trial smile lets you live with the shape and shade before the final veneers are made. A preview is a guide to the design, not a promise of the exact result.
Can cosmetic work be done under sedation?
Yes, with oral or IV sedation. Whether it is appropriate for you depends on your health history, which we review at your consultation.
How do I know if veneers or bonding suits me?
Bonding tends to suit small corrections, such as a chip or an uneven edge. Veneers are porcelain, and are usually considered when several teeth need a change in shape or color. Dr. Frey examines your teeth and bite first, then recommends the more conservative option when it will do the job.
